Vimeo can i embed a private video

All of my videos have the exact same settings on Vimeo. The only thing that is different is that the video was uploaded to Vimeo this week. All of my older videos work fine with the shortcode but if I upload a new video, it wont work and throws the error.

I suspect that there has been a change in the way that Vimeo is handling videos marked private. As you can see, the only difference is the Vimeo ID.
